Business Model Innovation (BMI) is an offering created for clients who need to innovate and are looking for new/better ways to:
- Come up with new, innovative ideas using a customer-centric and business model perspective
- Improve idea commercialization analysis to avoid common pitfalls in this critical step of the innovation lifecycle
At its core, the BMI offering is a toolkit consisting of leading practices, frameworks, and templates that enable a comprehensive & unique approach to idea generation and commercialization analysis. Although not prescriptive, all tools have been logically grouped into four major phases, which can be selectively applied as circumstances warrant.
The offering (and our thinking) is constantly being refreshed, and as part of that ongoing evolution, we have decided to host this blog with the hopes to engage a broader community of perspectives and input.
